A leading provider of rehabilitation services is looking for a Staff Physical Therapist. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and supervising rehab team members to enhance patient recovery. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license.

The Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Provides physical therapy services including treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning. Tests patients' physical abilities, analyzes rehabilitation goals, and consults with the rehab team to coordinate effective physical therapy programs.
Organizational Relationships: Supervises: Responsible for the care delivered by PTAs and Rehab Technicians.

Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Physical Therapy, with a current license or recent completion of licensing exams.
