Job description

Flaherty Physical Therapy continues to expand, and we are searching for two full-time physical therapists to join our current team; one for each office and one who has interest in Pelvic Health for our Northborough office.

Flaherty Physical Therapy is a Physical Therapist owned clinic with offices in Northborough and in Hudson. We have 12 PT's and 3 PTA's working on our staff. We have a strong following of our local communities and we see a wide variety of cases, including post operative, spine, general sprains and strains, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatric, orthotics and sports rehab. We are a fun group of wide varying years of experience that LOVE helping people, being competitive, standing out amongst our peers for our thirst for knowledge and bringing in the latest and greatest in PT technology to the clinic.

4. Monthly mentoring program based on your years of experience along with monthly clinical staff training by the owner and your direct manager
5. Small group meetings. This is a monthly meeting where you and 3-4 other staff are taken through manual treatment, exercise treatment or other training. This allows for more than one person to treat at a time to get proper feedback
6. Competitive Salary based on experience and patient following, Pay is $74,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
7. Company bonus program based on productivity, an additional $2,000-8,000 can be gained from your hard work
8. 3-year Therapist to Management Training program for those that want more than being just a PT
9. Leadership training program including Emotional Intelligence, conflict resolution and How to manage your friends. We also offer an emerging leaders program for our young staff looking for more than just being a PT
