Functional Pathways is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for Snyder Village in Metamora, IL, with a salary range of $43.00 - $50.00 per hour. An exciting $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered!

As a Physical Therapist, you'll assess and modify therapy plans under physician supervision. We're looking for candidates with a degree in physical therapy and an active state license who wish to contribute to a supportive environment.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
