Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join the therapy team at Tennessee State Veterans Home in Knoxville, TN. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and adjust plans of care under physician supervision, delivering high-quality therapy to residents.

Qualifications include a PT degree from an accredited program, active state license, and strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national boards.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures and clinical programs.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings and licensure.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.

• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
