Job summary

Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess adults and geriatrics, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise rehabilitation staff. You will ensure care aligns with policies and mission while performing physical tasks such as lifting and standing.

Qualified candidates hold a PT degree, state licensure, and BLS certification, with 6–12 months of rehab PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current or temporary licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification; current certifications required prior to independent patient care.
• Preferred experience of six months to one year in rehabilitative physical therapy, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.
