• Able to read and understand graphs and performance improvement data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples via venipuncture and skin puncture.
• Ensure proper patient identification using two unique identifiers.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain container integrity.
• Maintain clean and organized blood drawing areas and equipment.
• Meet turnaround times for STAT and routine orders.
• Use and maintain lab mobile devices and Spectralink phones per policy.
