Job summary

Mims Management Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Closed Door Pharmacy) in London, KY. The role supports pharmacists, processes prescriptions, manages inventory, and coordinates patient care in a family-friendly environment.

Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with potential Saturday rotation and major holiday time off. Prior experience and a PTCB certification are preferred to ensure quality patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State license/registration as Pharmacy Technician required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• 1 year related pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescriptions for oral, rectal topical, and injectable medications.
• Prepare, package, and deliver prescriptions.
• Manage inventory and order stock per regulations.
• Communicate with patients and providers.
• Triage calls and maintain patient records.
• Operate Rx30, Omnicell, Dispill software proficiently.
• Coordinate refills and assist continuity of care.
