Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment within stores. You will interact with patients, assist with immunizations and other services as permitted, and comply with state Board of Pharmacy requirements and company SOPs.

The role requires regular attendance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure and certification.
• Minimum age if required by state board or education requirements is 16+ years.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for all tasks.
• Participate in inventory activities and assist in medication deliveries as directed.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
