Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions with accurate data entry and labeling.
• Ensure prescriptions are provided timely.
• Maintain pharmacy records as required by law.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter items.
• Coordinate and assist with scheduling and attendance policies.
• Understand and adhere to federal and state laws.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, shelf stocking and returns.
• Maintain inventory procedures and assist with physical inventory and reports.
• Review ACIS reports and assist with third-party audits.
• Share responsibility for department cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with ordering supplies for the department.
