Job summary

Ingles Markets is seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to ensure safe dispensing, professional counseling, and regulatory compliance within our pharmacy team. You will collaborate with technicians, providers, and store leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, is a certified immunizer, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining accuracy and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with a current license in good standing
• Immunization certification/experience with immunizers preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail pharmacy environment

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and legally
• Counsel patients on medications and adherence
• Administer immunizations and vaccinations as allowed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and store leadership
• Maintain patient records and regulatory documentation
• Assist with inventory management and supply control
• Ensure a clean, compliant pharmacy environment
• Support training of technicians and staff
• Provide high-quality, efficient pharmacy services
• Address patient questions promptly and professionally
