Job summary

URGE FITNESS is seeking Full-Time Personal Trainers to build a strong client base, increase earnings potential, and advance a long-term career in fitness. This is a client-driven, on-site role with commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Personal Training experience preferred.
• Certification is preferred but not required.
• CPR/AED certification within URGE-established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Personal Training client base
• Conduct consultations, fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions
• Design and deliver safe, effective and results-driven training programs
• Develop strong professional relationships with members and clients
• Promote and sell Personal Training programs and services
• Track client progress and maintain required documentation
• Meet established client service, sales and performance expectations
