Job summary

URGE FITNESS is hiring full-time Personal Trainers who want to build a strong client base, increase earning potential, and develop a long-term career in fitness.

You will conduct consultations, fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions, design and deliver safe, effective training programs, and build strong relationships with members.

Qualifications

• Personal training experience preferred; certification is encouraged but not required.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within URGE-established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Personal Training client base
• Conduct consultations, fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions
• Design and deliver safe, effective and results-driven training programs
• Develop strong professional relationships with members and clients
• Promote and sell Personal Training programs and services
• Track client progress and maintain required documentation
• Meet established client-service, sales and performance expectations
