Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust in Hallsville, TX is seeking a full-time Personal Banker who will train in Teller duties and then in opening new accounts. You will engage customers in person and by phone, resolve issues, and promote banking products to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle Teller duties including cash handling, deposits, loan payments, and cashing checks.
• Open new accounts for consumer and business clients and onboard customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage with local businesses and participate in community events to build visibility and drive business.
• Connect customers with loan, mortgage, treasury management, or investment specialists as needed.
• Support privacy and regulatory compliance in all activities.
