Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted CA driver’s license.

• Comfort working in a transitional housing environment.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure participant safety through on-site supervision and wellness checks.
• Enforce program rules and respond to behavioral issues.
• Assist with intake including sanitation of belongings and bed assignments.
• Distribute essential supplies (bedding, clothing, hygiene items).
• Conduct COVID symptom screenings.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Support crisis de-escalation and resolution for distressed participants.
• Monitor activity with on-site security and manage incidents.
• Perform regular janitorial tasks in facilities.
• Maintain hygiene practices and independent living skills.
