Job description

Are you a PCU/IMC RN looking to do your best work in Fort Worth, TX? If so, Impact Health Staffing is here to help! We are working with a client that is in need of an amazing Full-Time PCU/IMC RN in Fort Worth, TX!

Position & Compensation Details

  • Position: PCU/IMC RN- Full Time

  • Start Date: ASAP (Flexible with start dates)

  • Hours: 36/ wk (3x12)

  • Shift: 7a-7p

  • Salary: $32-$53/ hr depending on experience ($60k/ yr-$99k/ yr)

  • Sign on Bonus: Varies depending on experience

If this role is for you, you would be responsible for:

  • Quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs

  • Diagnosing and developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff
  • Completing paperwork and patient charting.
  • Managing multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually
  • Using strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family and staff
  • Delegating tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Facilitating learning for patients and families, nursing staff, other members of the health care team and community; integrating appropriate education throughout the continuum of care to help them participate and/or make informed conclusions about their health care and treatments
  • Preserving and protecting the confidentiality, autonomy, dignity and rights of patients and family, and representing their concerns.
  • Participates in quality/performance improvement initiatives.
