Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related procedures and customer service at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
