Responsibilities

Safely transport patients using stretchers, wheelchairs, beds, or cribs, including transferring between surfaces.
Ensure timely transport of patient items such as belongings, labs, paperwork, and equipment.
Keep hallways clear by relocating unused equipment to storage areas.
Communicate with patients, families and healthcare staff; document transport details in the system.
Support operations by handling equipment properly and participating in ongoing training.
