Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a direct line of sight with patient at all times.
• Accompanies patient and ensures safety during transportation.
• Establishes a safe, risk-free patient environment.
• Creates clear documentation on patient status and activity.
• Performs other duties as needed when not providing observation.
• Participates as an active member of the health care team.
• Participates in hospital or departmental performance improvement.
• Restocks non-medical patient room supplies as needed.
