Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage food preparation for Pastry and Dessert Program.
• Plans, prepares and decorates special pastry items.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of bake shop.
• Evaluate par levels and inventory, manage cost.
• Prepare baked goods and multiple desserts.
• Execute production for restaurant service, events, and wine dinners.
