Qualifications

• Alignment with Bible-based Wesleyan theological tradition.
• Pastoral experience or ministry leadership preferred.
• Formal theological education is appreciated but not required.
• Ability to communicate Scripture effectively and shepherd with humility and wisdom.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and faithfulness to Scripture.
• Lead and shepherd the congregation spiritually and pastorally.
• Engage in pastoral care, discipleship, and community outreach.
• Support the church’s mission to grow in Christ and extend His love to our neighbors.
