Uftring Auto Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson to assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts in person or by phone, identify part numbers, and ensure timely delivery. The role offers a weekly salary with potential annual bonuses and room for growth.

Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers, handling price quotes and orders, managing stock, and supporting service technicians.

Qualifications

• Prior Parts Counter experience, OEM or aftermarket preferred.
• Ability to identify parts numbers.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the correct automotive parts, either in person or over the phone, by accurately identifying parts numbers, checking inventory, placing special orders when necessary, providing price quotes, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

WEEKLY SALARY IS $700.00 WITH THE ABILITY TO MAKE $3,500-$5,000 IN BONUSES PER YEAR . We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist walk in customers.
• Answer incoming calls, provide price quotes, set up orders, set up deliveries, and set up pick-ups.
• Pull purchase parts from stock.
• Assist Service Technicians with their parts needs.
• Verify “will calls” and back orders weekly.
• Order parts not in stock and notify Service on special order parts.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
• Alternating Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• The compensation for a Parts Counterperson starts at $700.00 per week with the ability to make $3,500.00 to $5,000.00 per year in bonuses.
