About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Osborne Park , you'll act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.

We’re open to considering both full-time and part-time hours for this position.

Your day to day
A typical day will involve:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
  • Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
  • Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
  • Assisting the team prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveries
  • Keeping the showroom and reception area tidy and helping it run smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

  • Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
  • Is organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help
  • Is comfortable with a computer, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
