Rehab Solutions in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team on a Full Time, Part Time, or PRN basis.

You will assess patients, develop and implement therapy plans, educate caregivers, and document progress in a compliant, compassionate setting. This role emphasizes autonomy, strong clinical support, and a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
