The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center is dedicated to providing at-risk young females with a comprehensive, trauma-responsive program that fosters both personal and academic growth. Our facility is designed to create an environment where young women can rebuild their lives and develop the skills necessary for a successful future. Our goal is to empower young women to grow into successful, resilient adults. By offering the necessary resources for academic, vocational, and emotional development, we aim to give our residents the tools they need to thrive. Pay: $16.00 - $17.17 per hour based on education and experience.

What you will do: As a Cook, you will ensure that healthy and tasty food is prepared and served to the youth and staff on-site, help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining area, as well as being an active team player within the department. Training will be provided; however, if you have related experience and/or ServSafe certification, you may be eligible to start above entry-level.
To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age, be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test, be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry, must have a clean driving record as well as an active driver’s license.
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Available
AM Shift: 4:30AM – 1:00PM
PM Shift: 11:00AM – 7:30PM
