First Student Hasbrouck Heights, NJ is hiring a Full Time Paratransit Access Link Driver to safely transport community members to appointments and run everyday errands. No experience is necessary; we provide expert training to become a safe and professional First Student Paratransit Access Link Driver.

Eligible candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and be ready for a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• No experience is required to become a Paratransit Access Link Driver.
• We provide expert training to become a safe, professional driver.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport community members to appointments and errands.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist with mobility aids.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety according to DOT rules.
• Communicate with passengers, staff and dispatch about delays.
