Job summary

Midland Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students in the Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) program. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday when instruction is in session, with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour based on the Master Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities include student support, lunch supervision, and assisting with personal care needs as directed by teachers. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; training may be provided.

The Special Education Paraprofessional works with students receiving special education support within the Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) program.

Assignment Information

  • Up to 40 Hours/Week
  • Monday - Friday (when instruction is in session)
  • $15.50/Hour - Starting wage is based on the current Midland Federation of Paraprofessionals Master Bargaining Agreement
  • Benifits Package Opportunity
  • Position will start Monday, January 5, 2026

Qualifications and Education
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR/First Aid certified (preferred; willing to be provided training)
