Job summary

Gehlen-Catholic-School-1 is seeking a paraprofessional to support classroom instruction and student learning under teacher supervision. You will provide individualized and small-group assistance, help manage behavior, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment in alignment with the school’s mission and values.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree or paraeducator certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or paraeducator certification preferred.
• Previous experience in an educational environment strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
