AMR in the United States is seeking a Paramedic for a full-time position. Hourly rates start at $21.50 plus DOE. The role focuses on providing basic and advanced patient care, leading on scene, and ambulance operations during 911 calls.

You will assess calls, use defibrillator and monitoring equipment, and coordinate with teams. A state paramedic license, BLS/ACLS/NREMT, and driving record are required. This role emphasizes compassionate service and community safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
State Paramedic License.
State Driver’s License.
BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certification.
Valid driving record per company policy.
Pass a Physical Agility Test.
Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Assess calls and determine best action using paramedic protocols.
Use medical equipment to provide advanced care (defibrillator, EKG, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
Lead the paramedic team and manage scene and unit as needed.
Operate ambulance during 911 responses.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
