Job summary

The Marco Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Packer to perform visual inspections and package materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a full-time role with an hourly wage of $14 to $15, requiring a high school diploma or GED and about one year of related experience.

You will work with heat shrink equipment, pallet jacks, and forklift access, maintaining cleanliness and safety while coordinating with QC and production teams to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of packaging/warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect raw and coated materials for quality.
• Package materials using boxes or heat shrink tunnel.
• Perform hand assembly of packaging materials.
• Operate related equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate in a team to meet safety and production goals.
• Use Email and Word/Excel for daily tasks.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform other duties as required.
