ESFM, the Compass Group division, seeks a Package Delivery Associate in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role runs 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some days varying. The position may require lifting up to 33 lbs and standing for long periods; online applications are accepted only and training is offered.

You will receive, sort, deliver, and process mail and packages, track shipments, and work with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. Follow SOPs and ensure safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant prior customer service experience.
• Preferred Dangerous Goods shipping certificate (49 CFR & IATA).
• Preferred knowledge of Domestic and International shipping of Dangerous & Non-Dangerous Goods including country specific guidelines.
• Preferred experience using shipping software required by common shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Receives, sorts, delivers, picks up and processes courier items, interoffice mail, magazines and USPS mail.
• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
• Tracks courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
• Packages, labels and processes Non-Hazardous and Hazardous materials using carrier software.
• Researches and routes unidentified and generic mail.
• Coordinates, stages, and transports bulk mail items.
• Receives, logs, delivers and tracks messenger items.
• Follows client SOPs and responds to inquiries.
