Responsibilities

1. Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
2. Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
3. Create personalized treatment plans with goals and timelines
4. Implement PT intervention techniques and exercises; monitor progress
5. Educate patients on techniques for ongoing care
6. Establish diagnoses and assess their impact on activity
7. Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
8. Measure and track intervention effectiveness

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Current PT license in Texas
• Experience in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation
• Ability to work effectively autonomously
• Passionate about helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
• At least 1 year of outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab experience
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
