Corewell Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-focused therapy in outpatient orthopedics at the Gas Light Village and 4100 Lake Drive clinics in Grand Rapids. You will educate patients, evaluate function, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore maximal mobility.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, licensure in Michigan, BLS certification, and preferred 6 months of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program required.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Michigan Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• AHA/ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
• 6 months of relevant work experience preferred.

• Provide therapy to patients based on need and medical direction.
• Educate patients and caregivers and arrange adaptive equipment as needed.
• Assess disability levels and set goals and a treatment plan.
• Restore and maximize function; modify goals as needed.
