• Master's degree required.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to outpatient clients.
• Crisis screening, outreach, and brief interventions as needed.
• Maintain clinical records per standards with assessments, diagnoses, and progress notes.
• Participate in supervision, case staff meetings, and in-service training.
• Provide consultation and education to community stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community agencies.
• Uphold MTBH Ethical Code of Conduct at all times.
• Manage daily schedule and Carelogic alerts promptly.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews.
