Job summary

St. Francis Healthcare Center in St. Francis, SD is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR).

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver OT services as part of an interdisciplinary rehab team. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapists, maintain accurate documentation, educate patients and families, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license.
• Current state licensure in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
