Qualifications

• Current Michigan OT license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Previous SNF, inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients improve function, mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and recommendations.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
