Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in St. Joseph, Michigan.

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life within a supportive clinical team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing and other professionals to achieve meaningful functional goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Michigan OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services based on each patient's needs and goals.
• Help patients improve strength, coordination, mobility, ADLs and functional independence.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and caregivers.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.
