Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Wooster, Ohio. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You will work with a collaborative team and contribute to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, providing OT treatment, educating families, and maintaining thorough documentation in a SNF/long-term care setting if applicable. Licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
