ECU Health Physicians, a large multi-specialty group in eastern North Carolina, seeks a patient registration professional. You will interpret insurance benefits, counsel patients, and maintain medical terminology skills while handling patient and customer relations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in customer service, and healthcare registration/billing experience is preferred. This role operates 8 AM to 5 PM as a full-time position with ECU Health Physicians.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service required.
• 1–2 years of Registration and/or Billing in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, organization, and multitasking skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités
