We are seeking a second internist for our Richmond, Virginia hospital. We are looking for individuals who are interested in collaborating with the entire hospital team and desire to take an active role in shaping the internal medicine department and practice in a sustainable, engaging way.

  • We cultivate the departments based on the interest and expertise of the professionals on our team.
  • You will see a combination of stable appointments and hospitalized transfers for which your training best equips you to optimize a patient’s outcome. Unique administrative roles that enable you to practice at your highest level
    • Scribes document exams and communication and assist with overall record preparation
    • Patient Care Coordinators assist with client communication, treatment plan estimates, and coordination of complex or interdepartmental care of high acuity patients
    • Robust and engaged team of licensed veterinary technicians and assistants to support sustainable high level patient care.
