Job summary

Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs, RCAs, or PCAs to provide personal care per care plans. No prior experience is required, and a helpful training program is offered. You must be 18 or older; exceptions apply for those with a valid CNA license.

We offer full- and part-time shifts with block scheduling, evening and night differentials, and opportunities for advancement. Pay varies by experience and licensure, with benefits and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience is not required
Must thrive in a teamwork setting
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
