Job summary

Keystone Bluffs is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support seniors in a Duluth, MN facility. You will assist with daily living tasks, follow care plans, and work as part of a dedicated team to ensure residents receive respectful, person-centered care.

Experience isn’t required, but teamwork, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly with nursing staff are essential. CNA license holders or those pursuing CNA training are welcome to apply.

Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single level living in mind. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with the emphasis on person-centered care planning.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan

• Accurately documenting information
• Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
• Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Based on experience, Licensure and Shift Differentials. Pay range shown includes shift differentials
