Ocracoke Health Center in Ocracoke, NC is seeking an LPN to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. The role covers assessments, medications, and patient education within a close-knit clinic setting that values quality care and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in blood draws and medication dosage calculation.
• Calm, confident presence and ability to act in emergencies.

Responsibilities

Location: Ocracoke, NC | Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

• Assist with physical assessments and collect lab specimens.

Full-Time Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience)


• Time Off: 14 days PTO, up to 5 days wellness leave, and 13 paid holidays

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with a lunch break 12–1)
