Shopko Optical in Hastings, NE is seeking a Full-time Optical Sales Associate to join our team. On the job training provided; no experience necessary.

You will assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings, dispense eyewear, and support the Optometrist with case histories and screenings. Responsibilities include customer service per company standards, processing orders for the optical lab, handling payments and insurance, maintaining frame inventory, and supporting a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Maintain license as required by state (if applicable).
• On-the-job training provided; no experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer and patient service.
• Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and color and coordinate with prescriptions.
• Order and dispense eyewear accurately and professionally.
• Assist with case histories and screenings for the Optometrist.
• Process medical billing information and maintain frame inventory.
