Qualifications

• Ability to work with children and support their learning.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: teaching or working with children.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher and monitor the learning center.
• Foster love of learning and recognize scholar progress.
• Model BA character traits and promote respectful behavior.
• Operate technology and software provided by BA.
• Assist with daily tasks, grading, and classroom organization.
