Job summary

Visionary Innovative Technology Solutions LLC in Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) is seeking a senior software engineer with 5+ years of Java/J2EE, Spring, and microservices experience to design and implement scalable applications.

The role requires strong knowledge of ORM (Hibernate/JPA), Docker and Kubernetes, UI development with Angular, and AWS cloud services. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust RESTful services and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design and development experience in Java/J2EE with Spring ecosystem.
• 2+ years of microservices with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Strong ORM experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• 2+ years UI framework experience, Angular preferred.
• 1+ year AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda).
• Proficient in PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Experience in DevOps toolchain: Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, and Git/Bitbucket.
• Solid understanding of security, transactions, monitoring, and performance considerations.

Mandatory:

• 5+ years of experience in Design and Development of applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, RESTful Services and UI Framework
• 2+ years of experience in design and development of Microservice using Spring-Boot and REST API
• Strong knowledge/experience in ORM Framework - JPA / Hibernate
• Good knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience in any one of the UI Framework - Angular
• 1+ years of experience in designing and Implementing cloud-based solutions in various AWS Services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, etc)
• Good knowledge and experience in any RDBMS/PostgreSQL
• Strong experience in DevOps tool chain (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, GIT/BitBucket)
• Good knowledge in technical concepts – Security, Transaction, Monitoring, Performance
