Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 5+ years UI development with React or Angular.
• 3+ years Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem.
• 3+ years Spring Integration (channels, routers, transformers).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins and GitHub.
• Familiarity with testing: JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, TestContainers.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Log4J, Splunk).
• Experience with API gateways (Spring Cloud Gateway).

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Job Description

• Position Summary UI / Full Stack focused Full Stack Developer Lead.
• Design and build integrations using Spring Boot, Spring Integration DSL, messaging channels, transformers, gateways, and routing patterns.
• Implement microservices, REST APIs, and Spring Batch data ingestion solutions.
• Develop UI screens and components using React.
• Develop reusable integration components, standardized templates, and libraries to accelerate development.
• Ensure code quality through robust unit testing, integration testing, and automated CI pipelines.
• Design and deploy Spring Boot services in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure proper CI/CD integration, container image standards, and deployment automation.
• Optimize containerized workloads for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Is able to actively participate / lead design discussions, participate in architectural reviews, and influence integration strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Overall Years of Experience 12+ Years.
• 5+ Years of React or Angular UI development, expert in UI screen design and implementation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• 3+ years of Spring Integration experience (channels, filters, routers, aggregators, transformers, etc.).
• Expert use of Github Co-Pilot to generate code, proficient in or can adapt quickly to using other AI tools
• Expertise with Docker, container image management, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Strong Java development skills with a focus on scalable, resilient, and testable code.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, Spring Test, WireMock, TestContainers.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Log4J, Splunk, etc.,).
• Experience with API gateway frameworks (Spring Cloud Gateway, APIM).
• Experience with distributed tracing and observability frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Desired Qualifications Ability to collaborate with architecture teams and contribute to technical decisions.
• Ability to work independently or with low supervision.
• Open to contributing to test automation for end-to-end automated testing and proactively jumping in to help team members as needed.
