Job summary

Revolution Prep is seeking a Full-Time Online Professional Tutor to impact students’ academic journeys from home. You’ll lead SAT/ACT sessions, discuss progress with families, and use company resources for planning. A guaranteed 38 hours weekly with evenings/weekends, paid onboarding, and a supportive tutor community are offered.

Starting pay is $25 per hour, with opportunity to earn up to $29 per hour after a 90-day review; prep time is compensated. Tech kit provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree mandatory; additional qualifications a plus.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current residence required.
• Minimum of one year teaching or tutoring experience; AP STEM a plus.
• Ability to comfortably tutor math through Algebra II.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet, professional space; technology kit provided if needed.
• The ability to commit to the same 38 hours of availability week-on-week during weekday afternoons/evenings and at least 8 hours of weekends.
• Commit to a minimum of one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic tutoring sessions, including SAT/ACT test prep and executive function coaching (90%).
• Discuss educational progress with students and families (5%).
• Utilize curated resources for stress-free planning (5%).
• Maintain 38 available hours weekly, with evenings and weekends.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
