Job summary

Forum Communications Printing is seeking an employee to assist with OCR operation and to drive a mail pickup route, delivering mail to the Post Office with a Single Axle Box Truck. The role is full-time, about 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 11:00am–6:30pm, located in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities include daily OCR tasks, vehicle operation, loading/unloading, and customer interactions. Candidates should be 21+, pass background/drug screening, and hold a valid CDL/DOT medical card if required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Daily OCR operation including feeding, monitoring, sweeping bins, and stock supplies.
• Safely operate vehicles for pick-up and delivery of materials on assigned routes.
• Sort, load, and unload items for processing and delivery to the Post Office, ensuring proper securing.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws, maintain attendance.
