Job summary

Flagship Therapy's Broadway by the Sea in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. We offer a stable team and flexible schedule in a post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, delivering rehabilitative care, wound care, and discharge planning. OT license required; new grads welcomed. Pay ranges from $48 to $50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, creating care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions per standards.
• Stand and walk frequently; assist with transferring and positioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Create discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
