Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A current state license to practice Occupational Therapy is required and must be maintained in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Provide treatments and interventions to improve independence in daily living.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress within the patient chart.
• Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams.
